What type of environment are the products created in?
All items are handmade by me, in my craft room, which is a pet friendly environment. While I try my best to keep the animals away from the items and out of the room, I cannot guarantee that I am always 100% pet hair free while working.
If you have allergies to dogs or cats and would like the items washed first, please let me know so I can wash your items before packaging to remove any dander! I only use Purex Free & Clear on laundry.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
What is this store's return and exchange policy?
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES: We gladly accept the return/exchange of any product that is damaged or defective only, but item must be in original, unwashed/unused condition. Please contact Stitches by Ashley Nicole within seven (7) days of receipt for returns and/or exchanges of equal value. Buyer is responsible for return shipping, returning item within 10 days. How long does it take to complete a custom order?
A minimum of one week from the time the order is placed until it is completed and shipped to you. A maximum of 30 days until complete and shipped. If delays longer than 7 days will occur, you will be notified as soon as possible to keep communication lines open.
